Recently, as a typical application of web2.0, Blog has been widely used in primary and middle schools along with the gradual and further application of information technology in education. It has been used in higher education too. Except that Blog can accelerate the development of education, there are some problerms in social interaction when used. By using the existing Blog for education,"Educational Technology of Shandong Normal University", the writer finds some problerms in social interaction among the members of the community in the actual course of using. This dissertation analyses on the community using social network analysis, finding group characteristics of the community. Further more, the writer analyses the factors effecting social interaction among the members of the community, that is interacyive platform, interactive body and emotional environment, and some countermeasures to solve the problerms are put forward also. At last, the writer's own Blog is improved and developed for enhancing its interactive quality. Indicate through practice, this enhancement is effective on playing Blog's role in network education.In chapter one, it briefs on the theoretical and practical backgrounds and significance, outlines the current research status, and also defines the contents and the methods of this research, such as literature-study method, case-analysis method and social network analysis method.In chapter two, it introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of this thesis. It first introduces Blog's concept, technology, characteristics and application status in education.In chapter three, it analyses the existing Blog for education,"Educational Technology of Shandong Normal University", by case-analysis method. First, it briefs on the introduction of the platform and illustrates its application situation on education from two aspects, that is application on teaching and learning. Then this thesis analyses the social network's Indegree, Outdegree, Network Density and Point Centrality using social network analysis method. And draws social community graph and adjacent matrix, according to which to find group characteristics of the community. At last, the writer points out that the factors effecting social interaction among the members of the community includes interacyive platform, interactive body and emotional environment.In chapter four, suggestions and tactics are put forward about construction of social interaction environment in network teaching platform based on Blog. First it elaborates the theoretical basis of constructing social interaction environment, then elaborates the role and features of good social interaction environment. At last, the writer puts forward suggestions and tactics on constructing social interaction environment, including enhancement of the interacyive platform, interactive body's active participation and tactics on emotion interaction. In chapter five, this thesis makes some enhancement and development about the writer's own Blog. QQ, online chat room, online voting system and Blog subscription are added. In order to attract more readers, the writer put some video materials and flash works on Blog. At last, the improved Blog is applied to practical study,and acquires certain effect.In chapter six, it sums up and reconsiders the contents of this thesis.
