| Optimum population such as what is not only the optimum size of population can enhance the separation of society labor,but also which can increase the technology.the efficiency of production and the stable of structure of economical development by increasing of the quality of population and reasonable of the structure of population for economical development.The study based on the relative article of the optimum population and analysis of the present, using regional optimum population theory and regional population equilibrium development theory,study on the population size which is suitable for economical development in HuBaoE urban agglomeration. The article standard on the 2000 year,using the model of optimum economical population analysis which is called EOP-MM,qualitative research the optimum population size of HuBaoE urban agglomeration and standard on the 2014 year, research optimum population size of the city and country belong to HuBaoE urban agglomeration in 2015 year.find out tow conclusion:(1)from 2003-2015 in HuBaoE urban agglomeration,the population size which is suitable for economical development is less than the actual population size.. Economical development fall behind the population development.(2)In the year of 2015, the population size which is suitable for economical development is higher than actual population size.,which is behaving rare of population.Therefore,solving the problem of population development of the Hohot-Baotou-Erdos urban agglomeration ,become the key to realize the stable economical development and the optimum of population development and economical development under new normal economical development of Inner Mongolia.the article is standard at detailing to analysis the reason why actual population and economical optimum population exist gap, and put forward some policy suggestion to increase the economical optimum population ,and how to shrink the gap between economical optimum population and actual population. |
