The reform of school effectiveness is the trend of reform of primary and middle schools,students' core literacy is becoming a hot topic of education,The reform of school effectiveness and student' core literacy research must be consistent with the trend of social development trend.On the school effectiveness reform and student'core literacy promotion research,we must first study the theory of reform of school effectiveness and students' core literacy.The theoretical research of the school effectiveness reform includes the essence,value and category of school efficiency reform.The research of students' core literacy includes the category of students 'score literacy,and the analysis of the relationship between the the category of students' core literacy,and the combination of the current
