The more intimate,harmonious the relationship between students and teachers,the more likely students to believe what the teacher's show,and to be more keen on learning.Good teacher-student relationship is of great significance to the healthy growth of students and their life.Teacher-student relationship is not only a contractual relationship,but also a kind of interpersonal education relationship.Living in the era of metaphor culture,the construction of good teacher-student relationship is facing new challenges.At present,China's postgraduate education is mainly implemented in the tutor system of education,postgraduate tutor therefore has a very unique and important position in the entire postgraduate education system.The teacher-student relationship between teachers and postgraduate students(hereinafter referred to as the relationship between postgraduate students)has the common features of teacher-student relationship.Influenced by universities' goal and the impact of training model,the relationship has been beyond the traditional sense of the relationship between teachers and students.This kind of teacher-student relationship is of great significance to the professional development of postgraduate students,and also has crucial influence on postgraduate education.Based on the interview of the participants of the event and the social relations among the students,friends and tutors,the triangulation is formed on the basis of combing the information.And the facts are clarified on the basis of the situation.the study of the disillusionment of research caused by the gap between the ideal and reality,the wavering research interests and confused personal career planning are reasons that why A student changed her tutor;the crisis of approbating the identity of the former mentor Y was the main reason for the mentor;Department of coordination,the recognition of new mentor Z' s academic ability and personality quality ultimately promoted the success of the mentor change.Based on the basis of the clarification of the basic facts,the analysis of the starting point,the interaction of the instructor,the evaluation of the tutor system and the guarantee factors of the tutor system,it is found that the weaken of guidance and matching,academic dilution and the lack of mentor evaluation,especially students' evaluation should be the critical issues.
