Research On The Group System Of Postgraduate Tutors In Universities

Higher education is an important stage of training talents in our country. Especially postgraduate education, shoulders on the esponsibility of personnel training in our country. With the rapid development of postgraduate education, integration of discipline and the increase of knowledge, a single mentor’s knowledge structure, academic ability and research method has far cannot satisfy the need of the development of postgraduate education. As time goes on, the disadvantages of a single tutor system is highlighted. In recent years, some universities began to take the collective training way of geaduate education, and this method overcome the disadvantages of the single tutor system in some way, and made a grate achievement.However, mentor team system is still in the exploration and growth stage in our country. In the process of implementation,although there are many advantages, there are also some defects and the insufficiency, it also needs to be perfected and raised.This paper analysis the history of tutor group, discusses the present situation of mentor group, and put forward his opinion on specific issues. The second part analysis the historical development of tutorial system of postgraduates at home and abroad. The forth chapter discuss the advanced experience of foreign developed countries. The last part put forward the ideal mentor group of graduate students on the basis of previous study.
