The traditional Chinese highly ethical education,the West since ancient Greece Rome has also paid much attention to the state to citizen training.Ideal citizen education of modern nationalism,began today in the early years of the nineteenth Century,the world organization of school education way although the difference,but to cultivate citizen with patriotic and democratic ideals as the main target.The success of civic education,affect the social stability and innovation;more influence ethical norms spread and deviant behavior according to social stability,economic prosperity,political progress,and actively promote the prosperity of the country,only the civic education can be realized.This article mainly through literature research methods related problems of Junior High School Civic Education in Taiwan area in the meaning of civic education and practice methods are analyzed to clarify the theory connotation and practice of civic education in junior high school in Taiwan,mainland and Taiwan at the same time the absorption of citizens in the area of educational research and practice achievements,and puts forward the advantages the defects in Junior High School Civic Education in Taiwan area of the.The first part is the introduction,explains the background and significance of the topic,the Taiwan civic education background through the rapid development of the effect of the rotation of ruling parties of Taiwan and Taiwan to do in-depth research of classroom explanation.Introduction also referred to the domestic and foreign citizenship education research and research ideas and research methods.The second part introduces the general connotation of citizen education.Explain what is the three field of civic education and civic education are involved,namely,the cognitive domain,affective domain and skills in the field.At the same time introduces the historical development and change of citizenship education in Taiwan,the civic education caused by the government of the Republic of China,after the exile in Taiwan discussed in this paper.The third part introduces the basic theory of civic education in junior high school in Taiwan,from two aspects of philosophy and psychology foundation.The philosophical foundation mainly talked about the basic theory of value and ethics,namely what is the citizen education for junior high school students,and what is the moral basis and moral support of civic education in junior high school.The fourth part studies the connotation of civic education in junior high school in Taiwan,the civic and moral science,health education,Chinese course,history,geography,scout training,guiding the activities of the seven subjects were analyzed,and through the curriculum objectives,teaching outline and teaching material content as a starting point to each subject the connotation of education.The fifth part expounds the practice method,Junior High School Civic Education in Taiwan from psychology,economics,political science,cultural studies four aspects of the study.For Chinese citizens classroom practice is collected mainly through the analysis of the Taiwan area junior high school civic education textbooks and teachers of junior high school classroom and manual citizen investigation and record.In the sixth part of the proposed Junior High School Civic Education in Taiwan and the advantages of some defects,the theory of Taiwan Junior High School Civic Education Basic from the west,to a very active role in the transition period from the end of martial law in Taiwan.However,in recent years,with the development of Taiwan independence forces,after a series of violent color citizens from exercise,can also be seen in civic education in Taiwan area is in a difficult period,but also exposed many defects and problems need to compensate.
