In the face of the rapid development of economy,science and technology and profound change of social life,facing the era of the new requirements to the talent training quality,educator and education researchers gradually began to think about what kind of person should develop in the 21st century.In December 2014,the ministry of education fully initiated the revision of the standard curriculum standards for general high schools,which began in 2004.The committee of chemistry course standard based on the student to adapt to the need of modern life and the future development,give full play to the overall educating function of chemical course,puts forward the comprehensive development of students' chemistry discipline core literacy of high school chemistry curriculum goal system.The main contents of the study are:First,through the literature research combing the core literacy contained in the learning style and learning model.The results show that the core-based learning should focus on the solution of the actual problems in the real situation,and gradually form the core accomplishment in the process of solving the problem.The second is to analyze the content of chemistry curriculum standards and the content of elements in chemistry teaching materials through the thinking model based on core literacy learning,and put forward the unit design and activity design to promote the development of students' accomplishment.The research shows that the chemistry curriculum standards and chemistry materials have been well implemented in the core literacy concept,but in the future teaching materials and classroom teaching to gradually reflect the quality of the unit design and activities designed.The third is to propose teaching ideas based on elemental knowledge of chemical core.Mainly through the enhancement of the effectiveness of the chemical learning situation,optimize the core activities of the activities of training and attention to elemental knowledge learning reasoning thinking.Finally,the paper summarizes and reconsiders the existing problems,and makes a prospect for future research.
