Since it began to recruit students in 1997,Ed.M in China has experienced more than ten years of rapid development and has accumulated rich experience.However,With the expansion of the scale,the quality problems of Ed.M in China gradually revealed.Training quality of Ed.M in America has been one of the world's leading positions.Education quality assurance measures of Ed.M in America are relatively perfect.finally,this paper selects the assurance measures inside of Master of Education in Michigan State University as the research object,hoping to provide the reference for Masters' training program in our country.Through the analysis the assurance measures of Ed.M in America in depth and summarize the good experience so as to improve the quality of Ed.M in China.As the same time,in view of some problems of the training program in China,through adopting the America's beneficial experience to masters' training in China,we will put forward some constructive suggestions for China's M.Ed training,promote the Master of Education and develop the system of teacher education.This paper mainly use the methods of literature analysis,historical study and case study to learn the internal and external guarantee measures of Ed.M in America,which to solve the problem of education training quality security of Ed.M in our country and to perfect the training quality guarantee measures of Ed.M in China.The paper is consisted of six parts: The first part is the Introduction.It mainly introduces the topics of paper,the significance of research,the arrangement of research,the literature review concerned,and adopted methods and logical system;The second part is the theoretical basis of quality assurance measures of Ed.M,mainly including thebasic theory of higher education quality and the theory of total quality management;The third part is the development history of Ed.M of America.It is mainly divided into three stages and analyses the evolved and developmental history of Ed.M.,which Puts an end to achievements and shortcomings of the three stages;The fourth part is the external quality assurance measures of Masters Arts in Teaching and Curriculum of Michigan state university.It introduces the progress and the characteristics of the external security safeguards measures of Masters Arts in Teaching and Curriculum of Michigan state university;The fifth part is the internal quality assurance measures of Masters Arts in Teaching and Curriculum of Michigan state university.And it includes the ways and the characteristics of the internal security safeguards measures of Masters Arts in Teaching and Curriculum of Michigan state university;The sixth part is the enlightenment of quality assurance measures of Ed.M of America to China.It mainly analyzes the advantages of Ed.M of America and the the problems of it so as to perfect our country's quality assurance measures of Ed.M.
