Since 1980 s,the theme of educational reform has penetrated into the field of teacher education practice reform.More and more countries are aware of the importance of training practical ability for normal college students.They have carried out reforms in the practice of teacher education,focusing on the common development of educational theory and teaching practice of normal students.For example,Japan's four-year teacher education practice,the PDS education practice model in the United States,the British PGCE teacher education program.They have gradually formed to promote development by practice,to ensure quality by evaluation,to improve the professional level of pre-service teacher training,and thus to ensure the quality of teacher education.In the promotion of the world's teacher education reforms,the primary and secondary education in Michigan State University has been ranked first consecutively for 23 years in the U.S.News & World Website teacher education program.Its graduates have not only been rated as excellent teachers in Michigan for many years,but also won the honor of national excellent teachers.They enjoy a high reputation among school district directors,principals and teachers education experts in the United States.At present,How to cultivate teachers to meet the social development and meet the needs of colleges and universities is not only one of the urgent problems solved by colleges,but also one of the topics that need to be explored in the field of teacher education.Based on the rich achievements of American teachers' educational practice reform,this paper summarized the composition,characteristics,and guarantee mechanisms of the evaluation system of educational practice at Michigan State University in the United States,and deeply excavates the lessons of it's evaluation system of educational practice.It will be of great significance to perfect the evaluation system of normal students' education practice in our country.This paper will carry on the related research from the following several parts to the normal college student's education practice appraisal system,provides the practice frame and the safeguard mechanism for normal college student education practice appraisal system consummation in our country.The first part discusses the research background,research significance and research methods of this study,sorts out the literature on the evaluation of educational practice at home and abroad,and grasps the current research status of educational practice evaluation of normal students.It provides literature support for the next paper writing.The second part explains and defines the related concepts involved in this study,and makes a simple reflection on the evaluation theory of educational practice.In the third part,the whole structure of MSU educational practice evaluation system is analyzed,and the composition,characteristics and guarantee mechanism of MSU educational practice evaluation system are summarized.The fourth part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the evaluation system of normal college students' education practice in our country.In view of the current situation that the evaluation system of normal college students' education practice still needs to be perfected,we can draw lessons from the valuable experience of MSU education practice evaluation and combine the specific national situation of teacher education development,so as to perfect the concrete content and guarantee mechanism of normal college students' education practice system in our country.
