Currently,China's art education is still in the development stage,from 1949 China has been established,curriculum reform has been carried out eight times,from the previous focus too much on imparting knowledge to the formation of a pro-active attitude towards learning,curriculum management is too concentrated the implementation of national,local,and school levels course management,these changes are that more and more attention and education in conjunction with local schools,more and more attention to students' self-learning.Art education as the main way to school aesthetic education should also be linked to the life and local characteristics.Through access to literature,local curriculum resources in recent years,with the new curriculum,whether in art education has been a great concern.Some domestic art education scholars have made some remarkable achievements in the local curriculum.But Henan Fanxian this area,the local curriculum resources are still not concerned.This article is Fanxian Siping tone art,for example,in the course of the primary and secondary art to explore,through the student paper questionnaires and interviews with artists,master the basic status of Siping tone art learning in primary and secondary classroom to this is the basis,respectively,from the schools,artists and students leave,choose suitable teaching content and teaching mode.Depending on the selected course content,to develop a specific and detailed instructional design,and each text column binding to analyze and summarize the insufficient success.
