Nanchang Taekwondo Club Present Situation Investigation And Study Of Business Models

With the development of material conditions continue to meet people,the higher the quality of spiritual life and movement,become the most fashionable way.Taekwondo as a set of performance,self-defense,fitness exercise in the project,the large number of participants.But Nanchang city commercial mode is mature,the need to further standardize the study.Based on the investigation of Nanchang Taekwondo clubs operating mode,to provide operational experience and marketing strategies can be used for reference for the club,the club can expect out of a suitable for their own business model,have a positive impact on the practice of business promotion and teaching.Based on the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method were investigated and summarized the methods of 38 Taekwondo clubs in Nanchang city situation and operation mode,main content involves club venues,coaches,students,operation mode,management system and means of publicity.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Nanchang City Taekwondo Club operating mode is divided into independent type,chain type,cooperation type.Its own in the operation and management system and formed a certain scale,human resources and organization system of reasonable allocation,level clear,clear division of labor,cooperation,management responsibilities clear.(2)the development degree of Nanchang City Taekwondo Club Club is low,the number of regional gap;protection facilities and teaching equipment part of the club is not perfect,in equipment,failed to reach the standard of qualified.(3)the club financial operations of different types and different,some clubs encourage the Department of the coach out further study to do some potential investment;expanding propaganda to recruit more students;there is less part of capital investment,to reduce the cost to obtain the profit chain type.(4)The operation compared with other club advantage: it has a brand effect,its management functions more perfect and more refined more chain enterprise training system,more executive power.Its disadvantage lies in the high threshold for investors,the cost of investment is large,has a greater risk.(5)independent operation compared to other club advantage: with greater autonomy in the aspect of financial personnel and product sales,resources and funds to benefit more flexible and convenient management.Its disadvantage is that the scale has certain limitations,the cost is moderate,also has certain risk.(6)cooperative operations with respect to other club advantage: the investment is low,less investment promotion,comparison flexible in personnel management,compared with other two kinds of operation mode,the lowest risk.Its disadvantage is that the contract has a certain limit to stability Not high enough,and students have certain limitations.
