This paper takes the operation management of AOKANG Taekwondo Club as the research object,which has largest scale of operation in the field of juvenile Taekwondo in China.And the paper through literature data method,mathematical statistics,questionnaires and interview method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method make the research of the club,and analyses existing problems and shortcomings of the club by resource input,resource transformation and service output,in order to improve the ability of operation management of AOKANG Taekwondo Club and promote the development of juvenile Taekwondo in our country.Through the study found that the AOKANG Taekwondo Club although in the operation and management process there are many other clubs do not have the unique innovation,but in the operation and management process is still inadequate.The questions of its existence are summarized as follows: Conclusion 1: the AOKANG Taekwondo Club has insufficient capital income,operation ability,debt paying ability and development ability in the operation and management process,and the profitability of the club needs to be improved.Conclusion two: the utilization rate of the AOKANG Taekwondo Club in the operation and management process is low,the hardware conditions have yet to be strengthened and the innovation technology of the information management system is insufficient.The membership market share of the club and the membership of the club are low.Conclusion three: the AOKANG Taekwondo Club has shortcomings in the operation,service and innovation management of the operation and management,and the internal process of the club needs to be optimized.Conclusion four: AOKANG Taekwondo club staff training system is backward,lack of detailed training plan,employee satisfaction is low,training effect is not good.Conclusion five: the existing performance evaluation system of AOKANG Taekwondo Club has been unable to evaluate the operation of the club scientifically,which hinders the improvement of the management ability of the club.In order to promote AOKANG Taekwondo club's operation and management more efficient and scientific,the following suggestions are put forward.Recommendation 1: enhance the capital gains,operation capacity,debt paying ability and development ability of the club in operation and management process.Suggestion two: improve the utilization rate of the club's venues,pay more attention to the construction of hardware facilities,increase the cost of information management system,introduce high and new information technology and improve the membership market of the club and enhance the satisfaction of members.Suggestion three: optimize the organization structure of the club,improve its internal organization,improve the capacity of production and operation,improve the service of the members,strengthen the management of innovation,and make the internal process of the club scientific.Recommendation four: innovate the training system of the club,make a scientific training plan,and improve the satisfaction of the internal staff.Suggestion five: a balanced scorecard is introduced as the performance evaluation system of the club.It can evaluate the operation and management of the club more scientifically so as to improve the four dimensions of the club's financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth to achieve the desired effect of the club's operation.
