With the continuous optimization of the structure of higher education and the transformation of economic development,the demand for applied talents is higher and higher.Local colleges and universities as the main force of China's higher education,In order to adapt to the economic development and the shortage of the application of technical personnel,repositioning the development of transition has become an inevitable trend.The level of teachers in Colleges and universities is a key factor affecting the level of comprehensive development of colleges and universities,in the context of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities,the professional development of teachers is directly related to the success of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities.Therefore,this article aims at the local undergraduate colleges and Universities in Liaoning province under the background of the transformation of the professional development of teachers to find a suitable way for local undergraduate colleges and universities in Liaoning province in the transformation of the professional development of teachers.This paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background,research significance,research review,research ideas and research methods.The second chapter mainly regard teachers professional development theory and lifelong education theory as the theoretical basis of this article research.based on the definition of simple explanation on the relationship between the professional development of local university teachers' basic theory of meaning and the backgroundof transformation.The third chapter through the transformation of local undergraduate college teachers in Liaoning province in education degree structure,professional qualification,age,and a few content such as "double type" teachers quantity to understand the 21 local undergraduate colleges and universities teachers' team construction in Liaoning province present situation,to understand the teachers' overall development situation from a macroscopic angle and explore the analysis of transformation of local undergraduate college teachers' professional development in Liaoning province.The fourth chapter is mainly through the way of interview for transformation of local undergraduate college teachers in Liaoning province,sums up the transformation of Liaoning province from interviews about the existing problems in the local undergraduate college teachers' professional development,and analyzes its reason.The fifth chapter explore a suitable way for China's teacher professional development transition based on the third chapter the transformation of Liaoning teachers in local colleges and universities of professional development status quo and the fourth chapter about the existing problems and reasons of teacher professional development of the local undergraduate universities in Liaoning province from the government macro-control,the school guidance and teachers' inner support the three angles.
