In 2009,the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Regulations on the Work of Primary and Middle School Teachers" clearly stipulated the duties and tasks of the class teacher,asked the class teacher to fully understand each student in the class,in-depth analysis of students'thinking,psychology,learning and living conditions,comprehensive concern for all students development of.The level of class management strategy is the important factor in the work of class teacher.At present,there are some problems in the management and guidance of students,such as classroom discipline management,guiding life planning,solving problems of poor students,guiding learning,dealing with emergencies and so on.In the past,there are many researches on class management,but more about the macro research and class construction research of class teacher's professional development.However,the research on class management strategy is less than that of class teacher's management strategy.weak.What is the current status of student management and mentoring in primary school class teachers?What is the problem with the management and mentoring ability of the primary school teacher?What are the factors that affect the management and guidance ability of primary school students?How to improve student management and mentoring ability of primary school teacher based on school-based training?To explore and solve the above problems,it is of great practical significance to improve the students 'management and guidance ability of primary school teachers and to promote the smooth development of students' thoughts,psychology,learning and health.This paper tries to use the theory of class management and school-based training to guide the students' management and guidance ability of a class teacher in Hunchun City.The research methods such as literature method,observation method and investigation method(including interview)are studied.(2)the study of the factors influencing the management and teaching ability of the primary school students;(3)the research on the management and guidance ability of the primary school students.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:First,the class teacher's student management and guidance ability Main problems:(1)the class teacher on the student life management and guidance process,the class teacher on the student's personal time management and guidance,interpersonal management and guidance,primary school students moral development approach to the general level of ability;class teacher on the class of public property management,master pupils thinking Moral content and master the ideological and moral principles and methods of the level of ability is weak.(2)the class teacher on the student's personal life management and guidance process,the class teacher on the student life planning management and guidance level of ability in general.(3)the class teacher of the students in the learning management and guidance process,the class teacher to cultivate the quality of students will be able to develop students and the ability to participate in social practice in general;class teacher to cultivate students interested in learning and poor ability to learn poor students.(4)the class teacher on the health management and guidance of students,the class teacher on the level of mental health education is weak.Second,the class teacher's management and guidance ability to exist the main reasons:(1)lack of peer management;(2)lack of relevant school-based training program;(3)lack of expert leadership;(4)lack of peer assistance;(5)lack of personal reflection.Based on the findings,the following recommendations are made:School:(1)should pay attention to and strengthen the class teacher on the management and guidance of students after-school education(2)to strengthen school-based training to enhance the class teacher's management and guidance of professional knowledge(3)to strengthen school-based research and research work,improve school-based training planning,instructed school-based training effectiveness(4)to optimize the class teacher training modeClass teacher:(1)Class teacher should strengthen self-learning,improve their ability to manage and guide students(2)to establish the correct concept of teachers and students,and actively play the role of students in the class management(3)good at communication companions,timely self-reflection...
