Preschool stage is the formation and basic period of the development of life,good pre-school education to promote physical development,mental development has a great role.Developing pre-school education to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of children,improve the level of educational development,improve the comprehensive quality of the public,and realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way is of great significance.Since entering the new period,the development of preschool education in China reflects a good developmental momentum,most of the city has basically met the needs of the school-age children in the park,many rural areas through a variety of implements a form,provide good accept pre-school education opportunities for preschool children.The overall level of pre-school education is not high,however,development among regions,between rural and urban areas is unbalanced,the pre-school education development level and the economic and social development level and the public demand also does not adapt.Especially the contradiction between supply and demand of rural pre-school education is more outstanding.In terms of Baotou city,under the correct leadership of the municipal Party committee and municipal government,under the broad participation of social forces,at all levels of educational institutions and the general educator’s unremitting efforts,the city’s preschool education quality,scale and the education rate of school-age children continues to increase,preschool education career develops steadily.In recent years,the city’s expanding economic size,with the accelerating urbanization process,urban per capita disposable income and per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen,he masses of preschool education,especially the demand of high quality pre-school education resources also continued to expand.However,from the actual situation,the development of pre-school education is lagging behind the pace of economic and social development,rural pre-school education is a piece of the city’s pre-school education,a short board".Firstly in the study,the reference based on the results of previous studies,the paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on preschool education present situation,elaborated the Enlightenment of domestic preschool education development evolution and foreign development of preschool education in our country.At the same time,with the development of rural preschool education in Baotou City,for example,analyzes the basic situation of rural preschool education in Baotou city and finds out the existing form,poor infrastructure,weak teachers,lack of funds and problems of kindergarten level is not high in four areas;analyzes the degree of attention is not high,lack of funds to support policy support is not enough,the supervision system is not congruent four aspects of the causes of the problems;puts emphasis on planning,co-ordination to promote infrastructure construction,focusing on policy,give priority to the development of preschool education,paying attention to teachers’ teaching quality,a force tamp foundation,focus on management,standardize the teaching behavior,focusing on innovation,to mobilize social forces to participate pay attention to the development of the six aspects of countermeasures,to build,to enhance the level of pre-school education,with a view to the relevant departments in the formulation.Exhibition planning and support policies,provide the necessary reference for improving innovation measures,and strive for the rest of the country in promoting rural development of preschool education at work provides a useful reference.
