Education is important to the strength of the whole country and the progress of the society.As the beginning of the basic education,preschool education,which is the first step to ignite the hope of the future talent development of the country,promote social equity and improve the national quality,was paid great attention by domestic and foreign governments,experts and scholars.In recent years,with the development of preschool education,the development of which in county rural areas has been exposed.There are a series of problems directly restrict the further development of preschool education in China,such as large urban-rural gap,slow development,resource backwardness,education underdeveloped,enhancing teachers team construction.Besides,there is a large resistance in guaranteeing the basic right of every school-age child to receive high-quality preschool education resources,promoting the development of county rural economy and society,achieving balanced development of education,building an education power.Based on the rural pre-school education development of L county in Shaanxi province,the paper aims at improving the L county rural preschool education and its implementation,promoting the education fair.The paper investigates problems in L county's rural kindergarten through literature research method,survey method.For example,it designs questionnaires for parents and teachers,interviews the head of the rural kindergarten and the leader of the superior education department,analyzes its causes in ideological concept understanding,financial expenditure and teacher construction,and finally explores strategies to solve the problems of rural preschool education in L county.We can also help the development of preschool education in rural areas of L county through updating ideas and deepening value recognition,emphasizing home-school relationships,forming a home-school synergy,increasing financial input to ensure the development of preschool education,strengthening the professionalization of teachers and improving level in education and teaching.
