The narrative treatment because of its open and inclusive attitude,as well as the unique concept of life story,can be effectively used to help the client live a new life story.In this paper,the G county S middle school in Guizhou as an example,we use the case study to show the different state of narrative treatment.One is the practice model of the metaphor construction of the floor and scaffolding proposed by White,the other one is two blueprints for action and recognition to help the service users develop new story.According to the different floors of the practice model and the practice map of the narrative treatment proposed by White,the article lists five cases,which show the different experiences of the narrative treatment from the externalization problem to the formation of the new story,and the concrete application of the narrative theory.From the practice of narrative treatment in school social work,narrative treatment can be well embedded in the student's service.In the philosophical orientation,it insists on the basis of the humanism can be fully combined with the values of social work;in practice,it ignores the label of experts,which helps social workers build trust relationship with service users;It is different from the traditional psychological treatment program,the treatment goals and techniques is flexibility,which can adapt to the school has a number of students with pluralistic problems,social worker can provide timely and effective psychological assistance;In addition,the narrative as a non-instrumental approach,It can help social workers to examine their own lives,so that social workers can also draw lessons in the practice of narrative.But as a psychological method,narrative treatment is still unable to jump out of the individual level,it is helpless to the environment;at the same time,narrative treatment use life story to help service users,inevitably make the therapist put a lot of emotion on students,easily lead students empathy,therapist will also appear anti-empathy phenomenon,resulting in therapist emotional overdraft.At the end of the article,the treatment space for narrative treatment is further discussed.Daily narrative treatment can be carried out in more scenes.What' s more,the doubts about narrative treatment in school practice are discussed.Respecting the power of client and stripping the suppression of mainstream culture,we also consider the social work of the service strategy is to help students who live in mountain area "going out" or "stay".
