Research On The Psychological Dilemma Of The Elderly Living Alone In The City By Case Social Work Under Narrative Therapy Mode ——Taking ZD Community In S City As An Example

At present,China is in the stage of rapidly entering the elderly society,followed by the aging of the population is also in the aggravation,and because of the aging population continues to grow,also gradually put forward new challenges to the practical level of China’s elderly social work.With the rise of postmodernism,narrative therapy model,as a new social work psychotherapy model gradually developed on the basis of traditional social construction theory,is gradually being used in therapy applications.This essay mainly focuses on the psychological problems of the elderly living alone,and uses the mode of narrative therapy to intervene two representative elderly people in ZD community of S city.It is different from the traditional psychotherapy mode that only focuses on the "problem" and ignores the client.Narrative therapy advocates separating the client’s problems from the client himself,externalizing the client’s existing problems,and helping the client out of the dilemma by reconstructing the new narrative instead of the previous problem narrative.By constantly narrating the story externally,the client is assisted to sort out his own life story and discover the forgotten and neglected fragments in his memory,so as to change the original distorted and wrong narrative structure and help the client to reshape a positive new story.After the intervention,the patient became satisfied with his life,gradually got out of the dilemma,and regained the sense of meaning of life with confidence in the future.Research mainly on two typical cases,namely,a man lost alone-solitary old man with a female empty nest elderly live alone as a case study object,the early through interviews found two director for its internalization,which leads to the loneliness,emptiness,sense of inferiority,sense of life meaning and depression and other psychological difficulties,social workers follow individualized,director self-determination and confidentiality Based on the principle of sex,the author uses narrative therapy mode to intervene the case,which has gone through six stages: case reception,prediction,planning,intervention,evaluation and case closure.Through the evaluation of the intervention effect of the case service and the comparative analysis of the scale before and after the psychological problems of the client,it can be found that the client’s psychological distress has been relieved to some extent after receiving the case service.Thus,the application of narrative therapy mode can play a unique role in intervening in the psychological plight of the elderly living alone in the community.However,this paper also has some shortcomings,mainly reflected in the social workers themselves lack of narrative therapy service experience;The follow-up in the later period is insufficient and the conclusions of the study need to be further verified.
