Children from kindergarten to primary school,is a special transition period which each child must experience.It mainly including the entrance consciousness,learning habits and learning ability and other aspects of the preparation.Its essence refers to the continuous,uninterrupted social,psychological and physical development of the children.It is of great significance for children to successfully realize the connection between kindergarten and primary school.This study conducted a survey of 47 preschool teachers of the top class in a kindergarten.The results show that :(1)the teachers of the top class in a kindergarten have a good understanding of the connection between kindergarten and primary school.But the implementation is not enough.In the survey,100% of the subjects thought that the connection is very important,however,the three kindergartens that the 47 subjects worked in were not carry out the corresponding work.(2)They have a good understanding of training content of the connection,and they shared the same views.In the survey,93% of the subjects thought that attention should be trained,91% of the subjects thought that memory should be trained,90% of the subjects thought the ability of thinking should be trained,86%of the subjects thought mathematics reading ability and reading literacy skills should be trained.However,the kindergarten teachers do not know how to train these abilities,and they also do not have the ability of training skills.(3)The education and training on the connection of between kindergarten and primary school,the management department is not clear.Neither kindergarten,nor primary school implemented the training,and the phenomenon is prominent.This study observed and tested on 75 children in the top class of kindergarten,and the results show that:The teacher participants believe that children's primary school life adaptability,learning adaptability are strong,but there are individual differences.(2)children's reading ability is generally good,but the development is not balanced,and there are individual differences.(3)children's reading of Chinese characters is good overall,and there are large individual differences.Finally,according to the actual situation and the content of the above research,this study put forward some countermeasures of the kindergarten,mainly including: to strengthen the administrative departments of supervision and management of the kindergarten;to carry out the work of the kindergarten preschool teachers training;to strengthen the scientific research and teaching research to the transition;to train some abilities which can help to cultivate and inspire children's interest in learning;to permeate the kindergarten training in the children's games and children's daily management,and so on.
