Research On Resource Integration Of Xiamen International Marathon

In 2014,the State Council put forward the development goal of the sports industry,and pointed out that the total size of the sports industry should be more than 5 trillion yuan in2025.While the more obvious influence of the sports industry and other industry is the sports event industry,sports event industry development is lagging behind,and it is in the core position is extremely disproportionate.It is due to the sports event itself owned and control of all kinds of resources is in proportion to achieve complete coordination and integration efficiency to achieve optimal state, there will be unbalanced and does not match the various resources,thus affecting the market competitiveness of sports events.Marathon as a major sports event relates more types of resources,each resource utilization is not in place have may hinder the development of marathon, each item of resources and cannot function independently, only with other resources integrate with each other use,can promote the competitiveness of the marathon from the overall.By means of the literature material method, field research and expert interview, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the current situation of resource integration of Xiamen International Marathon,and then summed up the Xiamen International Marathon in the process of integration of resources exist the dislocation and absence phenomenon between the main interests of the integration,the integration of the main body is not uniform,part of resource allocation is difficult,lack of brand planning and other issues for a long period.To solve the above problems,Xiamen International Marathon Organizing Committee put forward the corresponding optimization scheme, the first step is to improve rules and regulations of the integration of the resources of the Xiamen International Marathon, under the premise of the specification of rules and regulations so as to ensure, optimize the structure of integration of the resources of the Xiamen International Marathon, while building the exchange platform for the integration of the resources of the Xiamen International Marathon, provide a good communication platform calling for events between resources, Xiamen International Marathon Organizing Committee should also be enhance resource integration of innovationability, and to achieve the optimal combination of the resources of the Xiamen International Marathon, and formulate the overall event and long-term brand planning, for the integration of sports resources to determine the ultimate goal.
