from people’s increasing material and cultural needs to people’s yearning for a better life.Based on this,a healthy and happy lifestyle has become the need for people to pursue the realization of self-worth.In order to ensure and promote the effective development of the national fitness campaign,the state promulgated the "healthy China "2030 Program outline to continuously promote the vigorous development of the sports industry,improve the quality of the leisure fitness sports industry,and meet the needs of people for a better life.The marathon is less technically difficult The lower requirements of the participants,the local conditions of the site equipment,the relatively low cost,the high value of healthy body and mind,and so on,are loved and favored by the people,making them popular throughout the country with rapid momentum.However,with the number of Marathon events increasing year by year,various problems exposed emerge in an endless stream,which seriously affects the sustainable and healthy development of the project.Based on this,this study takes Yinchuan International Marathon(hereinafter referred to as "Yinchuan marathon")as the research object,using the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,Delphi and system analysis,combining the development process of marathon,the current situation of organization and management,the team of referees,the situation of competitors,the current situation of volunteers,logistics support and other eight aspects,The conclusions are as follows:1.From the perspective of race history and operation mode,the "silver horse" race started in 2017,with a short race history and is still in the development and improvement stage.The organization of the event is based on the operation mode of yinchuan municipal government,the event operation company,the marathon event office of the general administration of sport of China and the competition department of the general administration of sport of ningxia.At present,the event has been awarded the bronze medal by the general administration of sport of China.2.From the perspective of the human resources of the event organization,the referees of the competition are all from the physical education teachers of Yinchuan City,including 2.4%who have the national level track and field referees certificate;the survey found that the referees’ practical ability in the referee work needs to be further improved;and the volunteers of the competition are from the university students in Yinchuan City,accounting for the records The total number of volunteers is 80%,20%of whom are recruited from the society.After investigation,it is found that the pre competition training of volunteers is not in place,the training times are seriously insufficient,and the volunteers are not clear about the work tasks and processes.95%of the participants in the competition come from Ningxia,of which only 2.6%have received professional guidance of marathon.Therefore,the concept of athletes’ participation is not accurate and their physical examination awareness is not accurate Weak.3.From the operating environment of the event,the registration process of "Yinchuan marathon"competition is not perfect,and the participants’ consciousness of pre competition physical examination is relatively weak.At the same time,in terms of the investment of competition funds and sponsorship of businesses,most of the competition funds are supported by government grants,and the investment ratio of culture,sports and entertainment industry is relatively small,which results in the lack of significant improvement of sports industry and the strength of the development of sponsor scale.It is not enough to attract the strong investment of the sponsors;from the perspective of the publicity channel of the event,its form is relatively simple,only three kinds of publicity modes are TV media,Internet media and new media,and the supporting derivative activities of the event are less,and only marathon exposition and exhibition are available,so it is difficult to attract the attention of competitors,investors and sponsors from the perspective of multiple elements.4.From the perspective of the organizing ability of the event,the road traffic coordination has some flaws,the cooperation is not smooth enough,and the traffic control is paralyzed for a long time,which causes great inconvenience to the public.Experts gave full affirmation to the logistics support service of the event,but its deficiency is that the communication and cooperation between various departments are not smooth,there are gaps,and even there is insufficient water supply due to communication barriers in the event;Athletes,referees,volunteers did not timely transport,logistics vehicles moved for him.5.Judging from the evaluation of the sustainable development of the event,the event lacks the collection of feedback from the public.The investigation shows that the official does not open the feedback channel for the players,which is not conducive to the input of the event information and the performance of participants’ satisfaction with the event.In order to make the "Yinchuan marathon" competition better adhere to sustainable development,combined with the current situation,the following suggestions are given:First,shape the concept of "Healthy China" competition,highlight the value function of the competition.The competition should adhere to the concept of "Healthy China",emphasize the strategic position of "putting people’s health in priority development",and achieve the purpose of strengthening physical fitness and health through marathon events.In the event organization,we should clarify the division of labor,strengthen the professional training and communication ability of the staff of each department,focus on the original intention of the event itself,and transition to the matrix organization.Secondly,enrich the cultural propaganda window and show the charm of the ancient capital of XiXia.To carry out marathon activities with Yinchuan characteristics among the masses,such as "Intoxicating the Beautiful XiXia" and "red wine marathon";in the design and planning of the track,the organizers should make better use of the unique regional resources such as scenery along HeLan Mountain,University City,XiXia mausoleum,film and Television City and National Wetland Park to show the masses the unique heritage of the ancient capital of the XiXia Dynasty in Yinchuan.Third,we need to deepen the fine operation of the event and impact the gold medal event.In terms of event organization:the organization of the event should be optimized and the division of labor of the event should be clarified;in terms of event publicity:the form of publicity should be innovated and the multimedia client such as mobile phone should be used for promotion.In terms of fund guarantee,we should increase investment in sports industry and attract sponsor resources;in terms of referees,we should speed up the improvement of training mechanism of talent management team in event organizations and obtain more professional talents;in terms of volunteers,we should improve the training process of volunteers,strengthen selection and training,and build a high-quality volunteer service team;in terms of athletes,we should add Strengthen the pre competition control of competitors,publicize professional knowledge,increase the bonus injection of athletes,and develop the "star effect".Fourth,pay attention to the performance evaluation of events to meet people’s needs for a better life.Before the competition,the sponsor should keep close to the input of the appeal information,improve the registration process mechanism,and popularize the relevant sports health knowledge;in the competition,based on the competition itself,strengthen the communication and exchange between various departments,pay attention to the main feelings of the competitors,keep close to the feedback stimulation of the information after the competition,establish the feedback system,let the competitors "speak",and constantly adjust and control
