Objective:This article research the function in the process of of the school-age athletes in Fujian Canoe and kayak Team.The research discusses some biochemical indexes in daily training of the canoes kayak training whether has the guiding significance for the training,as well as the relationship between indicators and daily training, the relationship between different types of indicators.That can provide data basis for the future training and daily monitoring of Fujian Canoe and kayak team.Methods:the research objects were the 15 Kayak players athletes of Fujian Canoe and Kayak Team.There are 9 male Kayak athletes and 6 male Kayak athletes who are aged 14 to 18 years old. The whole monitoring was constituted ten months from December 2014 to September. In the training period, the routine blood,Bun and CK of athletes were tested from 6 to 7 every Monday morning.The training cycle of Fujian Canoe and kayak team during the whole monitoring was "3 + 1" mode.It is that add a test after 3 week training to adjust.In training weeks,the coach gradually increases the intensity.Week of testing which is simulation competition has the maximum intensity.In test weeks test 4 × 1000 which is incremental load test,after the acquisition immediately collect ear blood to test blood lactic acid(Bla). In the four indicators of the prepare for the issue of the athletes to carry on the functional status of biochemical indicators monitoring, and analyzed the several biochemical indicators for monitoring the effectiveness of the training.Results:1.The difference between the winter training period and pre-stage results:the average of hemoglobin is abviously no different among kayak players(P>0.05).But average of hemoglobin is abviously higher than pre-stage among canoe players.There are no significant differences in the average of canoeing blood urea nitrogen(BUN)(P > 0.05);(CK)(P < 0.05) of pre-stage is significantly higher than that in the winter training,averageof creatine kinase does not exist significantly differences among male kayak players.(P > 0.05)2.The results of the 4 × 1000 incremental load test for many times:Combined with the test data on a regular basis, found that young kayak athletes of individual lactic acid threshold tendency in 2-3.5mmol / L this range,which is lower than the traditional theory of tendency for 4 L. For young athletes training level is relatively low in the individual la ctate threshold test data further combination of video technology and oar frequency statist ics analysis, that can be found that the low level of level athletes in high intensity exercise,mainly by raising the speed of the paddle frequency to improve, propeller under power loss, leading to blood lactic acid increased rapidly.Conclusions:Comprehensive the cycle of the Youth Sports Meet, kayak athletes hemoglobin(Hb),blood urea(Bun), creatine kinase(CK), and other biochemical indicators can with the amount of exercise and intensity of sports training plan periodic changes: the level of hem oglobin(Hb) index changes are related to the intensity of exercise and sports, at the same time, the three indicators at the same time of periodic change, there are different levels of individual differences. Combined with the conditions of 4 x 1000 m incremental load test suggested that aerobic long stroke, should control blood lactic acid concentration in the range of 2-3.5 mol/L, according to the low level of training of athletes Suggestions we can combined with propeller under power increase in training, appropriate control paddle frequency for scientific training.
