Object: This research is based on the training of 2004 Olympic women's Kayak and canoe team, analysis the training characteristic and ways to monitor training with physical parameters. The object is to find some physical parameter and its characteristics to guide further scientific training of kayak and canoe athletes.Methods:some function index of women's kayak and canoe athletes such as: Hb,CK,CK-MB,BU,T,C are measured in whole training period. Dynamometer multi stage load measurement, maximum load measurement and standard load measurement are also measured. Blood lactate measure and analysis for 12km,2km,1km,500m,200m,375m water and 5km, 3km,12km,750m intermission running. The training result is evaluated by blood lactate, polar chart, paddle frequency and canoe speed. Statistic analysis is carried out on training arrangement and strength.Conclusion:1 The biochemical indices of athletes of kayak & canoe, besides CK value are higher, are generally in the normal range. Each indices have difference variation range so it is more meaningful to build individual data base to do vertical comparison. To evaluate training results, composite indices is needed and single indice can not be used to increase value and strength of training. The research found kayak and canoe athletes is sensitive to Hb, BU, Ck, CK-MB,T,C.2 The use of dynamometer can help judge body status and monitor training result.3 The effective training load is increased based on endurable high load principle with load structure continue improved. The exercise intension and load record for different period have different character. There are an obvious period in training. Aerobatic training as the main training method to emphasis on aerobatic ability.4 Water and land cross training. Woman Kayak and canoe training have obvious training ratio change. Water training increased as the training period goes up. There are differences between the two teams. Kayak rowers have bigger difference at start period to cross each other while canoe have small difference.5 The blood lactate of different race distance follows obvious water based exercise character. While blood lactate of winter training lower than land training and Europe athletes. The value of blood lactate is related to training phase and the athletes with higher value blood lactate before competition have more chance for a better result.6 Flatland training of Semi highland training theory. Based on canoe highland training in Chenggong, Yunnan province, further improved the theory of flatland training with highland method. Highland training emphasis on the ability improvement and using methodology developed in flatland. The better training results redefined the highland training theory and also solved the problem of not enough highland training for the team.7 Training intensity is controlled by using blood lactate, polar chart and paddle frequency canoe speed. Monitor covers the preparation, main course of training and also recovery exercise for training effect.8 Training persecution monitored using blood lactate and heart beat. Adjust training arrangement and setup individual database for vertical compare to judge training result.
