Purpose: With the tightening of the Olympic Games in 2016 Rio.In order to make the athletes with the best mental state to play the best game results,in addition to relying on the athletes through their own long-term training,the game accumulated technical and tactical,the use of physiological and biochemical indicators of the athletes' body function testing and assessment,Is particularly important.The evaluation of the body's performance status of the athletes is an important test method for the athlete's training load and the physical condition of the athletes,and the scientific nature of the training.In this study,we study the characteristics of rowing training and the research on the training of training by using the male rowing long group athletes participating in the Rio Olympic Games in 2016.We hope to find effective physiological and biochemical indexes and their changing rules,For the rowing of scientific training to further improve the reference.Methods: In this paper,four national athletes were selected as the object of this paper.The follow-up study was used to observe and record the training situation and test the results of each index to analyze and timely feedback to the coaches,so that coaches in a timely understanding of the athletes Physical function,the use of literature,expert interviews,experimental observation,etc.,through the national rowing athletes preparing for the Olympic Games during the competition during the training process to assess the effectiveness of some biochemical indicators,feasibility,indicators and The correlation between the training,the correlation between the index and the index,and provide some reference for the training and monitoring of rowing.The whole monitoring has three stages,respectively,during the preparation of the World Championships,Asian Championships during the war and winter training period.The performance of the athletes in the training period was systematically monitored by five indexes of erythrocyte,white blood cells,hemoglobin,urea nitrogen and serum creatine kinase.The differences of the indexes were analyzed by statistical methods.By analyzing the indexes and indexes The relevance.Results: The results of the follow-up monitoring study showed that the degree of serum creatine kinase fluctuation increased with the increase of exercise load during the three preparation training,which indicated that athletes were able to adapt to high-intensity training ability and blood urea The trend of decline,consistent with the trend of changes in the amount of exercise;hemoglobin,red blood cells,white blood cells have not yet significant differences.At the same time,during the preparation of the athletes of the physiological and biochemical indicators of a complete tracking and monitoring,and truly do for the coaches to develop the state of the athletes "barometer",to promote the ability of athletes to improve and recover after fatigue,Good completion of training programs and training objectives laid the foundation.It is necessary to establish the individual analysis system of the athletes.Through the establishment of the personal index library,it is necessary to make the athletes' skills assessment in the future.Conclusion: The characteristics of four athletes' biochemical indexes are as follows:(1)The mean values of erythrocytes and hemoglobin of four national rowers were kept at a high level during the preparation period,and the hemoglobin content of Wanglong * was 174.5 g / L The(2)Leukocytes did not have significant differences at all times(P> 0.05),basically fluctuated within the normal range,and the immune ability did not change abnormally in the whole preparation phase.(3)Wang Long *,Chen ** and Zheng ** three athletes of urea nitrogen in various periods of little fluctuation,are within the normal range;Wang Long * in the pre-training urea nitrogen average over the normal value of 7.51 mmol / L,the reason for the accumulation of training over the previous two months to have a certain physical fatigue accumulation,is normal.(4)four rowers during the preparation of the CK level of the basic level of fluctuations in the normal range of the range,only Wang days * a high value of the potential strength of training to stimulate this,CK value can be seen changes in the steady strength Relatively small,no significant irritation to the muscles.
