| It is essential for high school students to do exercises in learning biology.No matter how excellent they are,every student will make mistakes in the process of doing exercises.The attitude towards mistakes will play a key role,even a decisive role on school records.If a student cannot learn from experience and lessons,he could not be a good student,therefore the records of them will not be very good.However,those who can learn from mistakes will become outstanding students in study.First of all,in the initial stage of this study,the author read a lot of literature,defined the concepts of error management and error resource library.Based on previous experience,the author compiled the questionnaire about the present situation of the application of biological resources of error.This essay mainly focus on senior two students’ current situation of Shacheng senior high School,in Huailai,Zhangjiakou,Hebei Province,from attitude、behavior and strategy of error management.The author drew the following conclusion:high school students take a very positive attitude towards mistakes,and deal with mistakes on their own initiative,but they are lack of reasonable and effective error management strategy.The author interviewed a part of students and teachers,the survey founded that both teachers and students were in great need of a perfect error resource library to help themselves.Secondly,the author made a detailed strategy for error management to guide students,and put forward six steps: selection and assembling of errors,diagnosis and analysis for the cause of errors,correction of errors,classification for errors,sharing and exchanging errors,reviewing and closer scrutiny of errors.Meanwhile,in the process of error management,we should follow the nine principles: scientificalness,timeliness,representation,practicability,autonomy,openness,persistence,equality and reflection.Also,The author reminded the students not to make the following mistakes: paying attention to the difficult exercises,not paying attention to the basic problem;paying attention to the answer of exercises,not paying attention to the analysis and solution process of the problem;paying attention to summarize the wrong exercises in the notebook,not paying attention to the application of knowledge.Again,the author collected a large amount of information,and carefully analyzed and strictly selected the typical exercises,then completed the first draft of the essay—the errorresource library about the module of “genetics and evolution”.Afterwards,the author interviewed the backbone teachers,and accepted their valuable ideas modestly.Then,The author was working on the amendment of the first draft,and finally completed the final draft of the error resource library.Finally,in the process of this study,the author learns that knowledge is constantly changing.The final draft of the error resource library is not immutable and frozen.It requires teachers and students to constantly revise and improve it. |
