The first year of primary school is the beginning of student life,kindergarten education and primary education between the key convergence point.It is very important for the first grade students who leave the kindergarten to enter the elementary school.This study takes the freshmen of the first grade in Changsha as the research object,and know the present situation and problems of the freshmen class management,the basis of the reason analysis On the proposed management strategy,the survey is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background,the research significance,the research methods,and the analysis of the previous research,which lays the foundation for the writing of this paper.In the second part,the status quo of class management of freshmen in primary school was investigated through questionnaire and interview.In this study,30 primary schools were selected in the five districts of Furong District,Tianxin District,Yuelu District,Kaifu District and Yuhua District of Changsha City,Hunan Province.They were divided into three groups: elementary school students,elementary school students,Construction management,class teaching management,class activity management,class system management six aspects of a detailed investigation and analysis.The study shows that: the freshmen of the first grade are younger and the students are strangely strong;the teacher in charge of the class is the dominant,which inhibits the freshness and autonomy of the first grade students;the emphasis is on preaching,ignoring the freshmen's physical and psychological characteristics;Wrong repetition,lack of patience and positive guidance.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the problem of grade management in the first grade of the primary school.The first is that the freshmen of the first grade are not adapted to the campus life,the second is the lack of targeted young convergence strategy,and the third is the young convergence idea Deviation,four is the class teacher to cope with the shortage of new management.The fourth part puts forward the strategy of improving the class management ability of freshman class teacher according to the research results.From the school,the teacher two aspects of the discussion,that is,the school should be the first grade primary school teachers and young kindergarten to provide two-way interaction opportunities to strengthen class management training for the first grade with a vice-class teacher;Work with teachers,parents and other teachers,kindergarten teachers to exchange learning,make full use of the environment,the formation of education together.
