Grade 7 is the first year of primary school graduates' transition to junior high school,it is a stage to adapt to the new learning environment,new learning mode and the new teacher's teaching style.Due to the complexity of the students in Grade7,the learning habits,learning methods,autonomous learning ability,the classroom management becomes more and more difficult,especially the English classroom management.English in primary and secondary schools belongs to the category of basic education.Primary school English is not as compulsory subjects from primary school to secondary school,mainly is to cultivate the students' interest in learning English,improve the cultural literacy and intellectual development.But the junior high school English is one of the compulsory subjects in senior high school entrance examination,besides students learning,autonomous learning ability,learning habits,the scores of students are also very important.The students who are from primary school to middle school can't fully adapt to the junior high school English teaching methods,so their learning interest and scores decline.That has brought great challenges to the classroom management.The choice of DW high school English classroom as the research sample,through questionnaire survey,interview,observation,case analysis and other methods,to understand the DW junior middle school English classroom management problems and causes,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The study found that in the English classroom management,classroom management orientation is not accurate,did not give full play to the subjectivity of students;the large individual differences among the students,the lack of differences in goal of classroom management,suppressed students' development;self-binding of junior middle school students is poor,the classroom discipline management is lack of flexibility;classroom evaluation standard is single,lack of diversity,it is difficult for students to obtain a sense of achievement.The reasons for this English classroom management problems,on the one hand is due to primary and secondary school English cohesion can't be linked well.On the other hand,the imbalance of primary school English curriculum and the poor implementation of the curriculum lead to the uneven foundation of English.Furthermore,the students in junior middle school are in the stage of transition from dependence to independence,the rebellious period is ahead of time,it is difficult to adapt to the change of role from primary school to junior high school.According to the psychology of language,a new language learning has a great influence on students' psychology.Therefore,a good grasp of English textbooks need cohesion in schools;the teaching way should meet the age characteristics of students,the teachers should teach happily and the students should learn happily,using a variety of teaching methods,to recognize and respect the individual differences of students from the students' ability,teaching objectives,teaching activities and teaching evaluation of four aspects of effective teaching;pay attention to the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability,good English learning habits,personality and creative ability,especially in English listening and speaking,reading and writing;students from dependence to independence of the transition,and using the means of incentive,careful punishment,change evaluation criteria.Let the students of Grade 7 achieve full development.
