Research purpose: this study randomly selected male wushu sanda xuzhou industrial vocational and technical college elective course of 20 female college students and was not involved in wushu sanda training of 20 female college students as the subjects of this study,through the influence on its flexibility quality and state of mind before and after the experiment,for college students choose their own suitable fitness program to improve flexibility quality and developing good state of mind to provide the reference theory basis.Research methods: this research uses the literature material method,expert interview method,psychological measurement method,experimental method,analysis method of mathematical statistics and other research methods to deal with the data,choose short form mood status scale and Sit and Reach Tester is a tool such as a single set of participants personnel comparative analysis before and after the experiment,14 weeks training cycle,2 times a week course,every time the training time is 1 hour 30 minutes;Results: 1.Flexible quality indicators: the experimental group after 14 weeks of wushu sanda training,ZuoWeiTi proneness and holding a stick shoulder turn compared before and after the experiment found that the two indexes are improved,significant differences(P < 0.05);Control group before and after the experiment ZuoWeiTi proneness indexes have significant differences(P < 0.05),the stick shoulder turn indicators,there was no significant difference;2.State of mind indicators: the experimental group in general in addition to the emotional dimension differences related to the self is not obvious,the other positive emotions are significantly increased,state of mind there is an obvious improvement,and negative emotions(tension,anger,fatigue,depression)and TMD has significant difference(P < 0.05);Control mood status has no significant difference before and after the experiment,shows that in the short term to tension,anger,fatigue,depression,energy,and emotional aspects of self effect is not obvious(P > 0.05),the TMD is also not obvious;Conclusion:1.long-term regular Wushu Sanda training can improve the female college students shoulder,hip,leg and other parts of the;2.practice of Wushu Sanda can improve the mood state of ordinary female college students,the subjects' mood state personnel development from the whole to the positive direction,from a certain extent to promote mental health improve level?...
