Stretching as a key part of sports training,scholars of sports science experts are more and more aware of the importance of stretching in sports training.Its form,type and order are of great significance for the development of muscle strength and flexibility.This study attempts to compare the influence of different stretching methods and sequences on the core strength and flexibility of ordinary female college students,explore its intrinsic influence mechanism,and try to find out the best stretching training program and science based on the specificity of sports items.The stretching method provides a useful reference for athletes and coaches to prepare for sports training and competition.This research uses the literature data method to collect a large amount of relevant data to lay a theoretical foundation,using expert interviews to determine the experimental methods,means,indicators,etc.,and finally the experimental method and mathematical statistics method to analyze the experimental data.Based on this,50 ordinary students of public sports in Northeast Normal University were studied experimentally,and different stretching programs were used to explore the best solution for core strength and quality development.The analysis of the experimental data shows the following conclusions:(1)The effect of different training programs on the core strength of female college students is: dynamic stretching before special strength training = dynamic stretching after special strength training> static stretching after special strength training> static stretching before special strength training> special strength training(control group).Among them,the dynamic stretching before the special strength training is the best means to improve the core strength of female college students.(2)The different training programs rank the flexible effects of female college students: static stretching after special strength training> static stretching before special strength training> dynamic stretching after special strength training> dynamic stretching before special strength training> special strength training(Control group).Among them,static stretching after special strength training is the best means to improve the flexibility of female college students.(3)Dynamic stretching plays an active role in physical strength-oriented sports programs.Static stretching plays a positive role in skill-oriented and difficult-to-beautiful sports.Based on this,the following suggestions are made:(1)Avoid teaching content is too singular,combined with the actual content of teaching,develop and develop corresponding quality training programs.(2)This paper discusses the mechanism of static stretching to improve joint activity.The continuous expansion of joint mobility has played an active role in the active training.It is hoped that researchers can conduct comprehensive research on this angle.(3)There are few indicators in this study.Only the limited reference can be provided for the development of the best exercise training program.It is hoped that the researcher can improve the monitoring indicators of the training program and formulate the corresponding best plan according to the characteristics of the project.
