Mood state is an emotional state,a good mood state can have a positive impact on a person,physical exercise can have a positive impact on the mood state of college students,prevent the generation of negative emotions,improve the bad emotional state,and then promote the mental health of college students.Based on the research on the influence of sports on mood state,this study takes the different effects of different sports on the mood state of college students as the starting point,and adopts the methods of data presentation,questionnaire survey,psychological measurement,experiment,mathematical statistics,etc.,and selects 348 freshmen of Shanghai Normal University as the experimental objects,and carries out the physical exercises of different sports Physical training,college students in different sports experimental groups completed a 10 week exercise experiment.Before and after the experiment,the mood state was measured twice,and the difference of the measured mood state data was tested by SPSS 22.0.Through the comparative study on the data changes of the mood state of college students who participate in different sports events,this paper analyzes the influence of different sports events on the mood state of college students in different directions and degrees,which is helpful for college students to choose suitable sports events,improve their mood state and promote their physical and mental health.The results are as follows:(1)After 10 weeks of experiment,the total score of emotional disorder(TMD)of College Students' mood state decreased,and the overall mood state of college students was improved.Volleyball,taekwondo,karate and Taijiquan had a significant impact on the decline of TMD of college students.(2)Different sports will have different effects on College Students' negative emotions: football and darts are conducive to the reduction of College Students' tension;Taijiquan is conducive to the reduction of College Students' anger;volleyball and Taekwondo are conducive to the reduction of College Students' fatigue;aerobics is conducive to the reduction of College Students' depression;table tennis and air sports are conducive to the reduction of College Students' anger Handcraft,aerobics and Taijiquan are beneficial to reduce college students' panic.(3)Different sports have different effects on College Students' positive emotions:except darts,other sports are conducive to the improvement of College Students' selfesteem;basketball,karate,aerobics can significantly improve college students' energy and self-esteem at the same time;volleyball,table tennis,taekwondo have a greater impact onthe improvement of College Students' self-esteem.(4)Different sports have different effects on mood state: darts and Taekwondo reduce the tension and fatigue of college students to the greatest extent;Taijiquan reduce the anger,depression and panic of college students to the greatest extent;karate and football are most conducive to the improvement of College Students' energy and selfesteem.Research conclusion:Different sports can improve the mood of college students,sports can have a more significant impact on one or several emotional state factors,thus affecting TMD.There is a certain relationship between College Students' sports and the changes of emotional factors in their mood state.
