| In recent years,the optimization and upgrading of economic structure,quality and efficiency of economic development,have brought urgent needs to improve the overall quality of workers to meet economic development needs.In our country,the core task of Mechanical colleges is to cultivate the professional applied talents which can meet not only the social requirements but also the needs of the enterprises.But the traditional training of vocational education graduates is not able to meet the actual requirements of the enterprise,and this has become a problem to be urgently solved in the current vocational education.According to the data from the National Bureau of Statistics,China has become the world’s largest automobile production and consumption country.The rapid growth of car ownership has formed an unprecedented vehicle maintenance and repair market.As a result,the demand for professional and technical personnel in auto repair and related industries is increasing,which is a great challenge for the mechanic colleges to cultivate the graduates to meet the needs of the society.It is particularly critical for setting the core content of personnel training curriculum content.This article was based on the practical physical education curriculum and countermeasures of the mechanic colleges of Jiangsu Province as the research object,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,experts interviews,logical analysis,mathematical statistics,by comparing the relevant theoretical and practical data,in-depth exploration of settings and teaching in mechanic colleges physical curriculum of professional vehicle maintenance problems,and put forward the countermeasures.Here are the research conclusions:1.The most important part to promote the school physical education modernization,is to improve the guiding ideology and the educational ideas.The survey results show that 80% of the physical education teachers do not combine the students’ majors to improve the students’ special physical quality as the ultimate goal,ignoring the role of physical education in vocational guidance.So the mechanic colleges physical education teachers need to transform ideas,raise awareness,strengthen the consciousness of reform,intensify reform,to further implement the "people-oriented" and "health first" and "lifelong physical education" and "sustainable development" the guiding ideology and educational idea.2.The survey results of mechanic colleagues in Jiangsu show students’ low satisfaction of the physical education,thinking that there are more or less weakness among the physical education,among which the teaching mode and teaching contents are not combined with future occupations,and lack of theory courses and activities.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the physical education curriculum of specialty in mechanic colleges.3.Due to the complex working environments,the diversity of type of works,the high strength and occupation disease gradually increases,it’s very necessary to improve the physical fitness level and occupation health knowledge,which is also an important part of automobile maintenance professional mechanic colleges physical education curriculum occupation practical,but also embodies the mechanic colleges the characteristics of sports and lifelong sports teaching for students.4.When carrying out occupation in practical physical education,we should deeply understand the future of professional post occupation special physical needs and characteristics of the corresponding types of,combining with the actual situation of the school,the teaching content and effective training methods,according to characteristics of physical education.5.When considering the development of occupation physical quality in occupation and practical sports teaching content selection,we should also pay attention to the development of occupation psychological quality.In this way the students would be embarked on their jobs not only the physical requirements,but also with a good psychological and social adaptation ability. |
