With the large scale development of vocational colleges,curriculum reforms are deepening and moving forward.In order to respond to the spirit of national document(No.53,2012),“National Vocational College Sport Curriculum Teaching Instruction Summary” was set up to replace “National Ordinary College Sport Curriculum Teaching Instruction Summary” the This outline is a guidance document,taking “Health First” as its guiding ideology,whose purpose is to improve the vocational quality of students and make the course more practical.As one of the PE contents,aerobics is popular among students especially females for its unique charm,through which students can master its skills and cultivate their tastes.The comprehensive qualities such as confidence and cooperation can be improved,laying a solid foundation of scientific sports exercises.Based on “National Vocational College Sport Curriculum Teaching Instruction Summary”,this paper takes literature method,survey method,experimental method,data analysis,mathematical statistic,expert interview and logical analysis as the research methods,aiming to develop students' professional abilities and qualities.According to the characteristic of aerobics,the cognitive level of vocational college students and their major needs,this paper sets up the teaching objectives and its reasonable contents of vocational college aerobics,aiming to offer the references and best program for the course,which will offer the theoretical basis for the reform and development of the course,improving the classroom teaching quality.Oriented by the vocation of aerobic course,it will serve the students better.Research Results:1?Based on “College Students Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard” and “National Vocational College Sport Curriculum Teaching Instruction Summary”,the content of aerobics course on female students of vocational travelling and management major is divided into three parts: vocational techniques,vocational health protections and vocational qualities to meet the characteristics of future careers and students' needs.Vocational techniques are the skills of aerobics,while vocational health protections are the theoretical teaching contents of aerobics.Vocational qualities conclude training of temperament and physical agility.The teaching contents are built systematically by three units,combining teaching contents and vocational needs and showing the value of aerobics,which will promote the curriculum reforms of aerobics and improve the classroom quality further.2?Through the experimental researches on vocational aerobics,the teaching contents of the newly-built course have the similarity to the old one.It not only cultivates the students' cognitive level,confidence and application of sills of aerobics,but also improves the students' taste and cooperative ability among students.Students are more willing to take part in the class.But the new course is vocation oriented,focusing more on taste and vocational health protection,which is superior to the old one.3?Through the experimental researches on vocational aerobics,the newly-built teaching contents of vocational aerobics ensure the stable development of body and also improve the vocational physical agility effectively such as power and endurance,which are needed in the post of travelling management major.
