The rise and development of calisthenics has promoted the development of national fitness,and the development strategy of national fitness has promoted the promotion and innovation of aerobics.Aerobics as a deeply love of female college students in higher vocational colleges,sports,along with the fast pace of aerobics music,cooperate with routine action and designed routine action and is especially suitable for young people to participate in.And promotion of the project,along with aerobics team,female college students as the important carrier of college aerobics development,in-depth investigation and study the current nanchang situation to promote higher vocational college girls aerobics course of colleges and universities aerobics project in nanchang,jiangxi province and even the whole country's benign development has a certain reference significance.Therefore,in this article,through understanding and investigation of nanchang area part in aerobics course of female college students in higher vocational colleges to carry out the situation,understand the contents of the aerobics course and exam evaluation system,understand the current nanchang area girl's shortcomings in the course of aerobics course in higher vocational colleges,through analyzing the results of the study put forward reasonable Suggestions,to improve the level of nanchang area vocational college girls in aerobics teaching and realizing the development of higher vocational colleges and universities aerobics course and puts forward reasonable Suggestions.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to study the aerobics courses of female college students in ordinary vocational colleges in nanchang area.In nanchang district eight vocational colleges participated in aerobics teachers and female college students as the main research object.The following conclusions are drawn from the investigation and analysis of female calisthenics courses in higher vocational colleges in nanchang.1.Nanchang area of higher vocational colleges and universities aerobics teachers gender distribution for the female more than male and the overall age distribution is generally younger,less short teaching experience are also major and most close to the video content,aerobics teachers in research papers both quantity and quality is relatively backward.2.The calisthenics of higher vocational colleges in nanchang district started late and developed slowly;The goal of teaching is the same as that of college students'physical education curriculum.Aerobics has its own teaching standards and teaching objectives,and teachers can take classroom teaching and after-school guidance seriously.3.On the selection and design of teaching content,teachers in higher vocational colleges of nanchang area for ordinary students of aerobics is given priority to with mass grade aerobics routine and aerobics basic pace as the main teaching content;The classroom equipment and facilities of the high vocational colleges in nanchang area are simply not complete.4.Campus aerobics culture propaganda is not enough in place,students of aerobics learning more for the purpose of full credits are not their own subjective affection,aesthetics and connotation understanding of aerobics,mainly stay on the surface of understanding in the majority.5.The students' participation in calisthenics is mainly affected by the lack of hardware equipment in the school,the inadequate environment of campus aerobics and cultural propaganda,and the influence of personal interests and insufficient understanding.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes the following Suggestions based on the development characteristics of calisthenics courses in higher vocational colleges in nanchang district:1.Improve the integration of aerobics teaching objectives.2.Strengthen the construction of teachers of aerobics teachers.3.Expand teaching content and strengthen the practicability of teaching content.4.Methods and methods to optimize the teaching process of aerobics.5.Pay attention to the improvement of teaching conditions and increase the input of teaching facilities.6.Strengthen the construction and publicity of campus aerobics culture.
