Construction Research Of Football Characteristic Middle School Within Wujin District

Recently,the training of football talents for our country has become a public topic,since 18 th CPC National Congress,the relevant incentive policies for football construction is constantly being put forward,whether it is from the encourage policy of the Central Committee or from the construction implementation path of the local government,the discussion about the construction of domestic football has raised a hot topic.And the construction of the cultivating system of football talents is an important part of talent training during football project construction.Through this study,it can help the district government to establish or improve the relevant construction of football school policy and also provide positive policy guidance to carry out football for non-football characteristic school,promoting the development of campus football in the district.This paper takes Wujin District primary school football specialty construction as the research object,using the method of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods.The analysis is carried from the 5 aspects,including the situation of the construction of the football school playground,soccer basic facilities,the teaching level of football teachers,the parents' understanding of the football policy and school project of the football supporting.From the survey,some problem are found,including daily training not continuous,infrastructure construction not perfect,the level of teachers' structure not very reasonable,in addition,the supporting of the relevant departments of the school is insufficient and the supporting of the school football is not enough.So,in view of problems existing in the construction as above mentioned currently in the Wujin District Football School.The following suggesting: 1,the establishment of a comprehensive system.2,establish a clear and correct goal of football school construction.3,construct a reasonable teachers' structure.Establish perfect mechanism of propaganda.5,build a rich football parent-child activities.In this paper,based on perfecting Wujin football school construction,provide a theoretical and practical reference for the construction of school characteristics of high school football in domestic.
