Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The School With Football Characteristics In Yunnan Junior Middle School

In this paper,Yunnan junior high school football characteristic school development difficulties and countermeasures as the research object,Using the methods of literature,interview,field investigation,questionnaire and logical analysis,This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the construction of the school with the characteristics of junior high school football in Yunnan Province from five aspects:organization and leadership,condition guarantee,education and teaching,training and competition,and reserve personnel training,Find out the difficulties of its development and give suggestions to better promote the development of Yunnan campus football schools.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)After five years of development,at present,Yunnan junior high school campus football characteristic school has formed a three-in-one development pattern of national youth campus football reform pilot area,pilot county and characteristic school.The number of campus football characteristic schools is increasing year by year,with significant growth.(2)In terms of organizational leadership,Yunnan Province has established a relatively perfect top-level leading organization,most of the schools with campus football characteristics have formulated rules and regulations and plans related to campus football,and established a leading group for football work,but the division of responsibilities of the leading group for football work is not meticulous,and the regulations and rules related to campus football are not binding enough.(3)In terms of condition guarantee,The age structure of football teachers is good,most of them have coach level certificate,but the training of teachers is lack of continuous training and improvement training,the level is generally low,the number of special football teachers is generally small,the overall professional level is not high.The treatment of football teachers can not be effectively guaranteed.All schools have football fields,but the venues are small,the quality of equipment is not high,thesource of sports funds is small,the use of supervision mechanism is lack,the cost of participation is high,and the applicability of insurance is insufficient.(4)Education and teaching,The students' physical fitness test is better,and the organization of extracurricular activities is better.The opening of PE class hours is not complete,the initiative of the development of PE curriculum resources needs to be improved,and the construction of campus football culture needs to be strengthened.(5)Training and competition,The construction of campus football competition platform in Yunnan Province is good,and the performance of junior high school with campus football characteristics has made remarkable progress,but the school lacks guidance for the construction of Football Association,the systematic training needs to be improved,the number of class leagues is small,and the implementation of cultural learning requirements is not complete.(6)Training of reserve talents,Yunnan Province has initially established the entrance channel,but the current entrance channel is not perfect,and the number of football talents trained by the school is generally small.
