| At present,the cause of campus football in China is in the stage of rapid development,and there is a great demand for high-quality and high-level coaches.As the instructor and controller of training and competition,the level of competency of campus football coaches will directly affect the development of campus football.In order to meet the needs of campus football coaches in Guangzhou,this paper analyzes the competency characteristics of junior middle school football coaches in Guangzhou Campus football characteristic schools,in order to better promote the development of campus football in Guangzhou.Through the methods of literature,behavior event interview and group discussion,this study studies the competency of junior middle school football coaches in Guangzhou Campus football characteristic school.The conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper constructs the competency model of junior middle school football coaches in Guangzhou Campus football characteristic school.The model has six dimensions and 24 competencies.Specifically: the dimensions of motivation and action include achievement motivation,information collection and professional values;The dimension of professional ability includes the formulation of training plan,competition command ability,training methods and means and innovation ability;The dimensions of influencing others include influence,motivating and guiding players,communication skills and teaching students according to their aptitude;The management dimension includes leadership,team cooperation,training students,overall coordination ability and team formation;Cognitive dimension includes professional knowledge,insight,good at learning,analysis and summary;The dimensions of personal effectiveness include emotion management,flexibility,attention to detail and sense of responsibility.(2)The survey found that achievement motivation,information collection,competition command ability,innovation ability,influence,encouraging and guiding players,teaching students according to their aptitude,leadership,training students,forming teams,being good at learning,analysis and summary,emotion management and paying attention to details belong to the competency characteristics of excellent football coaches in junior middle schools of Guangzhou Campus football characteristic schools.Professional values,making training plans,training methods and means,communication ability,teamwork,overall coordination ability,professional knowledge,insight,flexibility and sense of responsibility belong to the competency characteristics of junior middle school ordinary football coaches in Guangzhou Campus football characteristic school.(3)The problems in the competency of junior middle school football coaches in Guangzhou Campus football characteristic school are: unclear understanding of work characteristics and single way of information collection;Lack of teaching experience and low innovation ability;Poor cooperation and communication ability and lack of self-confidence;Lack of teaching reflection and weak initiative of supervisors.(4)The development countermeasures of the competency of junior middle school football coaches in Guangzhou Campus football characteristic school are: recognize the professional characteristics and broaden the channels of information collection;Accumulate teaching experience and enhance innovative consciousness;Promote cooperation and exchanges and enhance self-confidence;Adhere to teaching reflection and cultivate achievement motivation. |
