Physics is a natural science based on experimentation.Experiments serve as an important way for the students to learn about physics and acquire knowledge,and play an crucial role in cultivating and developing students' ability to observe,practice,and think critically and creatively.This paper,with the help of humanism and constructivism learning theories and the use of the questionnaire survey with a random sampling to the students in my school,analyses and concludes some problems about high school physical experiments in view of its current situation.Inspired by and based on some practical study of open experiment teaching and inquiry teaching,the author of this paper points out the necessity and significance of open experiments,and expounds the model,characteristics,and operation of high school physics open experiments.In this paper,various experiments in the textbook and examinations are designed into open experiments in light of my personal actual teaching experience and practice.This paper also includes an analysis of the academic performance of students who participate in open experiments,which indicates that the open experiments help improve students' performance and develop their abilities.The author of this paper,through these research and practice,tries to provide more valuable reference for the teaching and learning of high school physical experiments.
