The Research On The Demand And Application Of Foreign And Domestic Open Class Of Network Video In China

At present,Open Educational Resources movement flourished in a lot ofcountries,and it has become a world wild trend.September2003,project website MITOpen Course Ware (MITOCW) published500courses,then it set off a boom of worldselite network video open class.Until2010,after folk organizations translated thenetwork video,did these foreign open lessons enter china.In November9,2011,Chinas first batch of "Chinese University video open class"officially launched,to October31,2012,the seventh batch of courses were all on theline,there were a total of125courses,and today222courses has beenpublished."Chinese University video open class" provides a good idea to solve theproblem of the uneven distribution of educational resources,to realize theco-construction and sharing of educational resources,and to build a learning society.Although University video open classes of our country have attracted theattention of a large number of students and the publics since its release,theapplication of foreign network video open class is more extensive and bettercompared to our countrys.Sina open class platform had conduct an prizeinvestigation,more than1600people surveyed,73.1%choose foreign elite openclass,only17.4%choose domestic.Open class of the University video in China is still inthe initial creation,there have been many problems in the rapid building,it is of greatsignificance to solve these problems for the future open class building.In this study,through literature research of a survey of applications andrequirements of domestic and international network video open class,selectedcollege students (both undergraduate and graduate students)，and issued154questionnaires.Through statistics and analysis the survey data of network video openclass,both at home and abroad,in college students needs and applications,leading tothe conclusion to make recommendations to the subsequent development of theUniversity video open class.
