| Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, learning and working ofmodern people are more convenient. Online learning can cross the barriers of time and spaceand provide resources so that learners from around the world acquire knowledge anywhere,anytime. Then they can also get a good learning experience. In the era when lifelong learningbeing advocated, online video open courseware emerged to meet the demand for self-learningresources. College students have more free time, who are the main force to get to onlineresources and learn video open course ware. The demand for courses to learn and the habits oflearning are an important feedback data to the construction of the University video opencourse ware.The survey respondents come from six universities, mainly on the usage and the needs ofthe video open courseware in the universities. The article makes the questionnaire named“The survey for the application of the video open course ware of domestic universitystudents†according to the general principles of questionnaire design and the questions wewant to know. The research focus on the following aspects:“understanding of the situationvideo open course wareâ€,“video open course ware study habitsâ€,“expectations for learningvideo open course wareâ€,“video open course ware learning evaluation†and “video opencourse ware for Chinese university evaluationâ€. Then statistics and analysis the data we have,drawn the preliminary conclusions above six areas.According to the conclusions above six areas, there are some problems of the ChineseUniversity of video open course, namely: the user experience of curriculum platform is poor,the situation is not optimistic about college applications, the teaching methods of teachers isrigid, interaction situations in the learning process is few. Finally, the author make somecomments to Chinese University Open Course from the organizers of the course andpublishing platform,teachers of the curriculum, in order to improve the quality of theircourses. |
