Fitness club is a form of enterprise,along with the social development of fitness club through the fitness customer fitness related consumption and profit generation.At this stage due to various reasons lead to different levels of fitness club customer loss.The loss of customers directly affects the economic benefits of fitness clubs,at the same time the customer loss to the customer's own fitness effect will produce negative influence.This study through the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods on the customer churn age characteristics of qinhuangdao city fitness club,loss of time,the staff's working ability and service consciousness,fitness club,fitness club,the condition of the reasons of the loss of customers,customer loss prevention effect is studied.To fitness club to improve service quality,reduce customer churn,increase economic benefits fitness club to provide theoretical and practical reference.Through survey get the following conclusions:(1)Qinhuangdao City Fitness Club customer loss in age 23-40 age of more people,which 26-35 years old crowd is most prominent.In terms of time,do card fitness 7-9 months after the loss of most.(2)the reasons for the loss of customers in the fitness club of Qinhuangdao city are: personal interest is low,the time problem,the influence of family matters,the interaction between customers is less,the quality of service issues,personal opinions,etc..(3)for the loss of customers fitness clubs have adopted the necessary measures,but the effect of these measures is not obvious.(4)the difficulties encountered in the prevention of customer churn are mainly communication effect,the ability of the staff to improve,the staff of the customer is not paid enough attention to the customer's personal problems are difficult to overcome,etc..(5)the customer's comments and suggestions can not be made in a timely manner,the collection of customer comments and suggestions are not comprehensive.(6)customers look forward to the effect of fitness,fitness activities interesting,the interaction of the fitness customers,club space and open time,increase the fitness project and equipment,and other aspects to make improvements.
