The Design And Implementation Of Pharmaceutical Representatives Training Demand Acquisition System

With the career of pharmaceutical representative formally incorporated into the? People's Republic of China occupational classification canon ?,the social requirements to this profession are also getting higher and higher.The pharmaceutical representative's responsibility is to represent the medicine production enterprise to transmit,communicate and feedback medicine information. However, as far as the current situation, there are different degree of difference in the professional degree of medical representatives the satisfaction by hospital with pharmaceutical representative is still less than 50%,they are eager to improve the professional quality of pharmaceutical representative.For years, as the fixed training is lack of flexibility in pharmaceutical production enterprises, the actual situation can not be really reacted. Face-to-face collecting training demand cost lots of time and effort, not good for company operation. So in this paper, the author thinks that it is necessary to develop the pharmaceutical representatives' training demand collection system, using the advantages of web application starting from pharmaceutical representatives' actual visits, collecting problems appeared during visiting doctors, summarizing professional skills that pharmaceutical representatives expect to improve, through data statistics, identifying professional training that truly meet the pharmaceutical representatives' demand..The core work of this paper is to discuss the design, development and implementation of pharmaceutical representatives' training demand acquisition system. Firstly,relevant technology and development platform and tools required to build the system are briefly introduced, then detailed system demand analysis at the beginning of the developing the system in accordance with the defined software development process,making detailed explanation and description of the system framework design, module design, key technology, core algorithm and database design, finally fulfulling system development under Windows operating system, using eclipse development platform and Java programming language..This system uses object-oriented programming concept for development, uses j2 ee Struts2+Hibernate+Spring J2 EE framework to build. From early stage detailed demand analysis to medium stage reasonable system design to finally choosing reliable implementing platform, through the study and introduction of this paper,Java Web enterprise level application's development process is clarified, system's successful operation fully proved that web application greatly improved training demand acquisition's precision and efficiency.
