In recent years,with the rapid expansion of the preschool education in China,quite a proportion of the preschool graduates becomes regular teachers,so that the task of training increased.In all kinds of teacher training,one training,which combines the actual work of the kindergarten, occupies an important position.Due to far away from high quality resources,the contradiction with work and study is more outstanding,and thus the importance of this training is more prominent.At the same time, compared with urban kindergartens,the diverted,changed,non-professional in the exurban kindergartens possess higher proportion.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the classification training effectively.Although classcification training is seemingly more targeted than the ordinary training,once the basis of calsscification is not scientific,it is still out of teachers’ actual needs.How to design and implement demand-oriented training becomes one urgent problem in kindergarten,especially in the exurban kindergarten.According to the fact of demand-oriented training,this paper focuses on solving three research emphasises:one is what professional demand do the teachers need under the condition of uneven foundation;two is how to design the demand-oriented training plan according to teachers’need;three is which basic relationship does the kindergarten need to deal with.Though literature study,individual interview and questionnaire survey,the author identifies the exurban teachers’ professional development needs and guides the school team to make the training plan including the new teachers,the backbone teachers and the mature.Through the observation and reflection,this paper put forward that we need to handle three pairs of basic relationship in demand-oriented training:the relationship between the classification and integration training, individual needs and job requirements, the system construction and community of cultivating relationships.We hope this research can provide reference material for theory research and more practice experience for other exurban and rural kindergarten.Limited to working conditions as well as my academic background, this paper defects in small sample of one exurban kindergarten case and concluding the overall sample,Thus affecting the quality of the paper. The auther will make effort to improve the research from this aspect in the future.
