In 2003 Mathematics Curriculum Standards (Experimental) of Senior High School had been promulgated in our country. Since then, the high school of mathematics curriculum reform has come to a new age. The course reform put forward the objective of process and method for the first time, specifically stating its purpose and fully emphasizing on process and method. However, most of teachers can't change the traditional view of "result overweighting process ", which makes process and method objective difficult to achieve. What problems exist in the implementation of process and method and how to implement process and method objective become an issue that high school mathematics education have to be confronted with. This study defines process and method by adopting document analysis method, combining related statement in high school curriculum and relevant research achievement from home and broad. Then, this study implement surveys for high school teachers by questionnaire method to understand the status quo of the implementation of process and method, and get the following results:(1)Teachers'understanding about process and method objective isn't deep enough, which lead to the problem of the objective design and implementation.(2)Some teachers still adopt the traditional teaching style in the teaching, which is bad for implementing objective.(3)The teachers advocate that students should participate in the formation of knowledge, consider Inquiry-teaching mode and mathematics activity teaching mode can implement objective effectively.Combined with survey results, this paper put forward relevant teaching strategies about how to implement process and method objective, and supports it by some cases.
