Analysis About Path Of Building Social Work Professional Relationship In The Localization Perspective

After the internationally accepted concept of professional social work was introduced into China,its core values are similar with the traditional Chinese thought "love," "righteousness," "compassion" and other views,which provides a good foundation for the localization of social work.However,the practice has proved that any incoming foreign culture system will experience the whole process of conflict,collision,integration and adaptation during its localization,copy blindly or mechanically is not workable,the development of social work in China can not be out of the track either.A good professional relationship plays a decisive role in improving the effects of social work.Because the lack of institution-based trust of Western societies,multiple attempts should be finished in order to successfully establish a professional relationship between the social worker and client in China.This thesis use the instrumental case study method and choose the managers,service providers and service recipients of Urban Floating Children Home-visiting Model Project as the research objects.By interviewing the objects' social experience in the service process,which can be seen as a microcosm of the local professional relationship.The establishment of professional relationships between Homevisiting social workers and the Urban Floating Home Model is a valid attempt to establish local social work professional relationships.Get to know the path of establishing professional relationships of social work services in home visits,analysis and extract a feasible pattern of the localization of professional relationships,and on this basis,explore the mechanism of social work and promote the further development of the localization of social work practice.What's more,put forward the home visits for the social work professional services,social work students volunteer to bring some inspirations.Through the analysis of difference sequence and the establishment of professional relationships and social work performed association,the thesis sums up the characteristics and specific paths of social work of local professional relationship,which are different from the Western Social Work style.Combined with specific difficulties encountered in the participation of the project(on the ethical and operational level),looking for the key factors that affect the establishment of local social work professional relationship.Finally,according to the key factors to discuss new ways and methods to establish a professional relationship of social workers in the course of practice.The conclusion of this thesis is: during the practice of social work,the localization of social work is the premise of the establishment of professional relations.Play the complementary effects of interpersonal trust and institutional trust under the recognition of dual relationship's objectivity,then building up localization supervision mechanism,enhance core values,and advocating social supervision.
