The Soviet experts in China is an important subject in the research field of the sino-soviet relations.Modeled on the Soviet union at the university of school-running mode,hiring Soviet professors and scholars in China to help create and transform China's universities,training of teachers,is an important act of China to learn from Soviet union in higher education.As the pilot of China's higher education learning the Soviet union and one of model schools,Harbin Institute of Technology have accepted the most help.In the assistance of the Soviet union,HIT have achieved the most prominent achievements.Therefore,the study of the Soviet union experts in HIT is helpful to understand the influence of the higher education of the Soviet union on China's in the 1950's.Now there has no specialized studies of The Soviet union experts in HIT,Although there is some researches about the Soviet union experts in China,but none of them used records.This paper adopts literature research,based on records and the recalling of witnesses,have realized the facts about the live and work of the Soviet union experts in HIT,in the meanwhile,summaried of the Soviet union experts' role of Harbin institute of technology's development and its historical position.Take the HIT as a example,analyzed and evaluated the Soviet union's impact on the higher education in China.The whole paper is divided into five chapters,the introduction mainly discussed the origin,significance,purpose,methods and innovation of this research,and reviewed the other researches about the Soviet union experts of HIT at home and abroad.The first chapter analyzed the background and process about aiding from the Soviet union experts.The second chapter focused on the historical facts,Fully described the living and working conditions of the Soviet union experts in HIT,including the work content,work attitude,lives treatment and evaluations.The third chapter is the main part of the article,reflecting the influence of the higher education of the Soviet union on Chinese,taking warning from the history of learning the Soviet union overall,by discussing the Soviet union experts' contribution to the development of Harbin institute of technology,based on understanding the characteristics of the Soviet higher education.The fourth chapter is the conclusion,summarized the conclusions of this study,and prospected about the follow-up studies about the culture communication between China and Soviet Union.The main conclusion of this article is: HIT has played a very important role in the process of higher educational communication between China and Soviet Union.The experience about built up to be a Soviet's industrial university provides a reference for other colleges and universities of modification.Experts on the Soviet union has played a decisive role in the development of colleges and universities represented by Harbin institute of technology in 1950's.The Soviet higher education has more positive impact than negative.The problems appeared in the process of development at that time in China largely related to the rushing and copying.Even though the higher educational communication between China and Soviet Union is unequal,but it is still a big step in the cultural exchanges between the two countries,Chinese will always remember the feats of the experts of the Soviet Union.
