In recent years, our country's comprehensive national strength has greatly improve, steadily improve living standards of people of all ethnic groups, education consumption consciousness enhancement, elementary and middle schools extracurricular training institutions rise rapidly, and the school education has a great influence. Extracurricular training institutions and regular school supplement each other, but it has its own unique marketability, not regular sex, not for its evaluation in a traditional way. Therefore, we need to explore it from a new Angle. This article USES the many kinds of methods to analyze the status of the elementary and middle schools extracurricular training institutions in xian chang'an district, including the present situation, the advantages and disadvantages, problems and corresponding solutions. Research shows that xi'an chang'an area middle school extracurricular training organization development has many problems, such as low barriers to entry, development too fast, faculty, and the service level is uneven, the lack of unified and rational charge standard, vicious competition occurs frequently, lack of government supervision, social problem such as poor reputation. In addition, the questionnaire survey students training course is given priority to with the English and maths, chemistry, physics, geography, and to other subjects more times.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, mainly elaborated the cause of research, significance, research status at home and abroad and the research ideas, methods, difficulties and so on. The second part:the primary and middle schools extracurricular training institutions involved in defining the important concepts. The third part: xian chang-an area in shan-xi province as an example, the elementary and middle schools extracurricular training organization development present situation, the positive role and negative influence of objective analysis. The fourth part:USES the questionnaire survey to understand the primary and middle school students in xian chang-an district to participate in extra-curricular training.
