Author use Literature research, Field survey, observation, Grounded Theory Method and other research methods. Observe, access, record visually impaired students in 2014 FuZhou the school for the Blind’s fun games for the new year, "2015 FuZhou 6Th school sport game " and the differences when the kids play the games. Finally, through interviews and author’s diary, students diary, other pictures to find the encouragement to the visually impaired students. Compare male and female students and grade level, characteristics and differences blind and low-vision students feeling motivated, come to the conclusion and suggestion. The research indicates:Visually impaired students in different types of sports games there are significant differences in emotional; Impaired students have significant experience in a positive mood and emotional in fun game of sports activities; visually impaired students rarely experience with a positive mood in racing running sports activities and gamesVision Impaired Students in different segments have significant differences in sports games activities:Lower grades (1--3 grades) visually impaired students have lower emotional experience in sports activities and games; Higher grades (4-Grade 7) students with visual impairment in sports games have complex emotional senior experience.Visually impaired students of different genders in sports games have significant differences emotion:Girls have obvious emotional experience in physical activities and games, but some of the girls in the presence of sports games in negative emotional experience and there are some obstacles in the expression of emotions and feelings; Boys have a strong and positive emotional experience emotions in sports activities and games; Different degrees of visually impaired students have significant differences in sports games activities:Blind student performance less obvious in sports activities; Low vision students have a strong and positive emotional expression in sports games; Blind School PE Teachers emphasis on sports games is not enough; Document, periodicals, books about visually impaired students are less, so that visually impaired students to study sports games lack a solid theoretical foundation; Sports games for visually impaired students has good educational.
