Objective:To investigate risk behaviors for young offenders, and to explore the factors associated with risk behavior of young offenders of the law and the interaction of these factors on this basis.Methods:general questionnaire, adolescent risk behavior questionnaire, epidemiological survey center with Depression Scale, Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, self-esteem questionnaire, UCLA Loneliness Scale, cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire, Perceived Social Support Scale, Big Five personality mood of the subtests, childhood traumatic experiences questionnaires were 476 juvenile offenders assessment, statistical processing statistical analysis, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:The frequency of occurrence of risk behavior of young offenders was significantly higher than ordinary high school students, the only child of young offenders risk behaviors significantly higher than the frequency of juvenile offenders only child, his father happened in high school education level and above, the frequency of risky behavior of young offenders significantly less than the father of education in junior high school and less young offenders; depression, loneliness, emotional, impulsive and risky behavior scores and factor scores were extremely significant positive correlation; emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, physical neglect, child Traumatic Experience and young offenders out of risky behavior and factor scores showed a significant positive correlation, emotional neglect and violations were negatively correlated; subjective economic status, social support scores with most young offenders risk behavior and factor scores negative correlation, but peer support, social support scores were positively correlated with irregularities; rational analysis, catastrophizing, blame others, negative coping, cognitive emotion regulation positively associated with young offenders and factor scores showed dangerous behavior; except no Plan impulsive and positive response, and other factors are in turn entered into the regression equation and factor in risk behavior.Conclusion:The frequency of occurrence of risk behavior of young offenders was significantly higher than ordinary high school students, consistent with the criminal facts; only child, a lower level of education of young offenders father risk behaviors higher frequency; young offenders risk behaviors associated with depression, loneliness feeling, emotional, self-esteem, impulsive, childhood traumatic experiences, subjective economic status, social support, cognition was significantly associated with varying degrees of emotional regulation.
