As more and more people took part in civil rights movement,American started to focus on equal human rights.Equal education right is one of the most important aspects among all equal rights,scholars from different areas began to appeal the education revolution since people were taking seriously on education.And it is the miracle revolution that we call it "American compensatory education program".The compensatory education was published to help black children who were born in poor families to have chances to study at first.They hope to change the educational unfair situation and make a better environment.However,the scholars also found out that financial help couldn't solve the problem,and began to focus on the process and the result of the education.Since then,the quality and effect of American education improve a lot.The compensatory education also became a way to help vulnerable groups like immigrant children,disable children and those who are in poor situation.China is also a great country with a large population.We can see the educational efforts taken by government every year from government report.With the rapid growth of economy,people start to focus on vulnerable groups due to their security problems were reported on TV news frequently.For their education problem,our government used to help them by financial compensatory,for example,reduce their education fee to shrink the gap with the normal children.As the investigation shows that vulnerable children are still have education problem like high rate of school dropout,low rate of entering campus,worse educational quality,which was not government respected.Indeed,china is quite different from the United States in lots of aspects,but we both have the same goal on education,we all want to shrink the educational gap,change the unfair situation and upgrade the educational level.The experience from the United States shows that compensatory education program works,but it should focus on three parts of education.Only compensatory on the beginning of educationcouldn't change anything to the weakness group.This is what we should learn from them.This paper mainly research how would the American compensatory education program change the national education by theirrevolution,background,policy and individuality program to different groups.We wondered how could the Americancompensatory program changes the quality of national education and make a great process.We want to see what's the differencebetween two compensation programs and what we can learn from the United States.Is there any chance that we can copy the action of America that we need to also focus on the three parts of compensatory education program?...
