Harsh natural environment in rural areas of Western China restricts thedevelopment of economy to a certain extent, the development of economy restricts thedevelopment of education to some extent, the backward education will have somenegative influence on the development of economic on the other hand,therefore forminga vicious circle.Western rural vulnerable groups are often be in disadvantage ineconomy and education.At present, the situation of rural education in China is notoptimistic, this problem has seriously affected the sustainable social and economicdevelopment in western rural areas.Based on the above understanding, this article is divided into the following parts tostudy:The first chapter, this part is a brief expound of the background and significanceof the research papers, To the western rural vulnerable groups education support is thefundamental way to change the education of the vulnerable.It has suggested thatincrease education support to western rural weak groups is the basic way to change itseducation weak.The second chapter, is the analysis of the correlative concept and theory,respectively explains the meaning of vulnerable groups,western rural vulnerablegroups,education of the vulnerable and education support,and briefly introduces Marx’stheory of social system, educational theory, concept of vulnerable groups and ChineseCommunist Party’s education fair thought,providing theoretical support for the wholeresearch framework.The third chapter,analyzing the present education situation of thewestern rural vulnerable groups from the three aspects of families,schools and teachers.And find out the causes of education weak, which is that the education and economicconcept of the western rural vulnerable families is relatively backward, rural teacherconstruction should be strengthened and the rural school facilities in the overall areweak.The fourth chapter is to analyse of the current China’s western rural vulnerablegroups education support’s origin and present situation from four aspects of object,content, mode and funding sources of educational support.The fifth chapter is a briefanalysis of the cases and enlightenment of the vulnerable education and educationsupport of the foreign vulnerable groups, providing the experience to this.The sixth chapter, according to the analysis of educational support for the existing status andeducation of the vulnerable problems, combining with the current international,domestic development.Measures are proposed to solve the education’s vulnerable fromimproving western rural vulnerable family assistance, change the educational ideas,strengthening the construction of teachers team building efforts, build high quality ofrural schools and the overall advance the educational resources in western rural areas ofthese four aspects.
